The majority of our units and workshops are housed within single storey blocks and each block comprises a total of 1000 sq ft subdivided into smaller secure and independent spaces. This unique, award winning design feature enables multi-occupancy of space providing maximum flexibility of growth for expanding businesses without the need to relocate.

Direct access via double doors or shutters from a central courtyard added to the fact that a proportion of our larger units have an added bonus of double height space maximises adaptability of use.

Single phase electricity is supplied as standard to individual units with 3 phase supply available in certain unit accommodations. All units are connected to gas and water utilities. A dedicated telephone number and high speed broadband is available to all our units.

Alison Business Centre also provides a full range of office services, including telephone and mail forwarding, personalised call answering service, hot desking and secretarial services as well as a range of meeting room and one to one space.
