Workshop D4 is a unique unit based within our Manor Works building. It is located directly adjacent to our main reception and looks out onto the central atrium space. This is one of our most successful spaces and is ideal for someone who requires ample light and and a showcase space. It comprises approximately 430 sq ft (40 sq mtres) overall and has a double door external entrance leading straight out into the car park. The unit is 17 ft wide with a length of 38 ft and comes with a height of 10.6 ft and the part glazed areas give the unit extra light. The internal walls are treated breezeblock and the unit has a sealed concrete floor. Additional benefits include an internal lobby which gives added security as well as direct access to the buildings in house facilities. The unit comes with central heating and a single commercial sink unit and the workshop has an internal alarm system that can be linked to a central monitoring station. Three phase electricity is also included in the space.
