What does ABC offer?

The Alison Business Centre provides excellent managed workspace at competitive prices. With its prime location, just off the Sheffield Parkway, the Alison Business Centre is within easy access of Sheffield City Centre, motorways and public transport. The business centre currently consists 57 workshops and 27 offices ranging 100 sq ft – 1000 sq ft.

We offer flexible terms (month to month basis), 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Ample free car parking and CCTV provision to the entire site.

What sort of properties do you have to rent?

Whether you need conventional offices, serviced offices or virtual offices, warehouses, light industrial units, workshops, studios, storage units, meeting rooms, or simply a virtual office or mailing address, we can cater for all of your requirements.

Is there a minimum period of occupation?

Currently, we offer a month to month license agreement, which bascially means any licensee can give a month notice to vacate any of our premises. In our new Phase III building we will also be offering short and long term leases.

What is included in the price?

Usually included in the monthly license fee is;

-service charge

-general caretaking

-common area fire protection systems maintenance (where applicable)

-cleaning of communal areas

-light refuse disposal

-general maintenance of the communal areas

What’s not included;

-business rates

-utility charges

Are there any additional charges?

Our meeting rooms, telephony and IT, secretarial and additional business services are all charged and invoiced to you on a per usage basis. There is also a one off charge for change of signage to the entrance boards of £25.

Am I required to pay a deposit?

This is normally 2 months’ monthly license fee to be paid in advance of occupancy. Currently to help local start up businesses we can offer a payment plan to help spread the cost of the deposit.

We often have to work outside office hours and at weekends – can we still get in?

Yes – Access to our Phase I & 2 sites is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Entry is gained by either a fob or swipecard to the main gates. Our new expansion, Phase III, will have limitations on opening hours
